Join us for this amazing experience of sound healing, yoga & massage. During this luxurious evening you will be guided through some gentle, restorative and fully supported yoga poses (no previous yoga experience necessary) while in these poses 4 professional bodyworkers will come around offering different massage techniques. Massage will be offered on your head, neck, shoulders, back and feet. Our sound healers will offer blissful sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls as well as cello, guitar and bass. Vocal sounding and chants create a spectrum of healing energies to help relax the body, mind & spirit. We will end the evening with a collective New Year intention setting circle.
