Join us on this special day of pampering and nourishment to honor all our mothers out there!! Bring your mom, yourself, your son or daughter or someone special. You will experience 2 hours of luxurious, deep relaxation.
You will be guided through some gentle, relaxed, restorative and fully supported yoga poses (no previous Yoga experience necessary) while in these poses professional body workers will come around and offer different massage techniques on achy necks, shoulders, back and feet, assisted stretching, shiatsu and energywork will also be offered. For your sensory pleasure there will be some aromatherapy. Our sound healers will offer blissful sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls as well as cello, guitar and bass. Vocal sounding and chants create a spectrum of healing energies to help further relax the body, mind & spirit.
