Jen, Steve and Michelle will be offering their hands on healing with massage and assisted stretching for your tired, achy head, neck, shoulders, back and feet while in gentle fully supported restorative yoga poses ( no previous yoga experience necessary ) along with offering grounding and balancing energy work to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We will be joined by the following special guests offering a variety of sound healing:
Kenzie will be playing the magical sounds of crystal bowls and will be giving each participant a personal tune-up with the healing vibrations of chakra aligned tuning forks.
Joe & Naomi (with the help of some musical friends) allow for a powerful blend of harmonies that uplift and inspire. They will perform a variety of traditional and original heart-opening chants that combine their deep spiritual connection with virtuosic musicianship. Their music is strongly infused with love, joy, and compassion and will relax and comfort all those in attendance.
All this will be offered to you on a sliding scale from $45-60.
