Join us to welcome in Spring with this special restorative yoga, massage, and sound healing mini-retreat. During this luxurious evening you will be guided through some gentle, restorative and fully supported yoga poses (no previous yoga experience necessary) while in these poses 4 professional bodyworkers will come around each offering different massage techniques. Our sound healers will offer blissful sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls as well as cello, guitar and bass. Vocal sounding and chants create a spectrum of healing energies to help relax the body, mind & spirit
We offer this on a sliding scale from $40-$60, we have 7 practitioners that come together to make this event possible so please pay what you can.
